Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls when required.
- Assisting with data entry from receipts and expenses.
- Ensuring the cleaners are prepared for their jobs for the day (stock, products etc).
- Quoting prices and jobs to customers and retaining new and existing customers.
- Provide a minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
What will my day look like?
You will join a growing and dynamic team and help to support the team in the office, especially during busy periods. Daily tasks include the items above and other office duties as required.
Apprenticeship details
You will be working towards your Business Admin Level 3 qualification and attend 1-2-1 meetings via Teams every month to discuss progress with your tutor. You will have a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work, which includes assignments, research and training within your role. All apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours.
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum GCSE grade 4/C in Maths & English (or equivalent)
- UK residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Excellent communication and customer care
- IT, admin and numerical skills
