You will be joining a Property & Construction Consultancy, employing 140 people across 6 UK offices and pride themselves on promoting a culture of inclusivity. Benefits and Salary
- Salary: £18,000 per year, 37.5 hours per week.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

What will my DAY look like?
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and supporting the Director of HR and Business Support Operations you’ll be involved in supporting all areas of the business, from reception, finance, HR, bids and finance. Your daily tasks include:
- Managing reception, meeting visitors and signing into the building.
- Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Monitoring and maintaining stationery and consumables.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Helping to organise company events.
- Supporting projects with administrative duties.
- Carrying out research, using various online resources, and updating databases for Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Project Managers (PM).
- Liaising with the other offices.
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
How does the Apprenticeship work?
You will work towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification with monthly 1‑2‑1 online meetings and at least 3 hours per week of apprenticeship work in addition to 3 hours of training from the employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace during working hours.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or equivalent).
- UK residency – lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
- Communication, confidence & organisation.
- Independence & initiative.
