Fantastic opportunity for a PA to work in a Family office in Mayfair, supporting a small number of Executives.

Private Family Office

Office Based (Hours: Monday to Friday hours of 9am to 6pm)

Location: Mayfair, West End, London, stunning offices!

Salary: Β£48,000 + annual bonus, fantastic benefits and 25 days holiday.

PA duties include:

  • First point of contact for the family office. Meeting and greeting HNWIs, clients and visitors ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Extensive diary management across time zones.
  • Arranging global travel arrangements including flights (including private jets), accommodation and producing detailed travel itineraries for each trip.
  • Arranging visas for business travel.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Arranging meetings including setting up the meeting rooms, ordering lunches and clearing away when the meeting finishes.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Providing administration support including producing reports.
  • Opening and distributing the post.
  • Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies and ensuring the office environment is tidy and organised.
  • Organising events.
  • Liaising with the IT provider if any IT issues occur.
  • Liaising with the Property Manager.
  • Liaising with the members of Finance and HR.
  • General administration duties including scanning, photocopying, and filing.

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previous experience as a PA.
  • Have diary management experience.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident liaising at all levels.
  • Have excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Be a good team player with a positive, 'Can Do' and professional approach.
  • Be able to be discreet and handle confidential information.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.
  • Have strong academics.
  • Good MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
