The Role
Personal Tax Manager – responsible for leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services, managing client relationships, providing advisory assignments, and coaching junior staff. The role offers a clear path for growth and the opportunity to work on a variety of complex technical assignments within a collaborative team.
What You Will Do
- Lead delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients.
- Day‑to‑day management of client relationships and provision of ad‑hoc advice.
- Deliver personal tax advisory assignments as part of multi‑disciplinary groups.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients.
- Coach and develop junior members on compliance and advisory matters.
- Help lead compliance operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Alignment with CT’s purpose and values.
- Demonstrated expertise in personal tax compliance and advisory.
- Experience in coaching and leading a team.
- Relevant qualification (ATT, CTA, CA) desirable but not essential; substantial experience acceptable.
