  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions and adverts.
  • Understand the compliance requirements for job roles and ensure we remain compliant.
  • Use creative strategies to attract top talent, including open days, digital campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for core roles (Sales, BDMs, Tutors, Assessors).
  • Organise and run interview processes, ensuring candidate experience is professional and aligned with CST’s values.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and adapt sourcing strategies to optimise results.
  • Manage ATS and recruitment admin, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities to improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR and line managers.
  • Nurture new starts within the business to ensure they are progressing correctly.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience and demonstrable success in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong track record in hiring for sales and/or education-focused roles.
  • Confident running multiple processes independently and at pace.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset.
  • Skilled in candidate sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn and job boards with an established personal network within the training sector.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience organising or participating in open days, job fairs or talent events is a plus.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and remotely, with high accountability.
  • Passion for learning and talent development.

Bonus & Incentives

We believe in rewarding success. You’ll receive a bonus for each candidate who successfully passes their probation period, giving you a direct stake in the quality and success of your hires.
