We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, dealing with inbound enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific knowledge and experience in construction qualifications or project management and leadership and management products and courses such as Prince2, ILM and CMI, with the willingness to learn and expand their product knowledge as new qualifications are added to CST Training’s portfolio.

Candidates should possess a high level of patience and understanding, recognising that every customer is important, regardless of the complexities they might bring. As we often interact with a diverse clientele, we seek individuals who are adept at dealing with difficult situations with grace and professionalism. The ability to empathetically navigate language barriers and cultural differences, whilst maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude, is a must. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of project and leadership management courses, including Prince2, ILM and CMI.
  • Drive sales of construction courses such as NVQs and CITB courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present and demonstrate our courses to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our training programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, in the education or professional development industry (3 years essential).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in account management with large clients.
  • Experience in outbound calling and the ability to cold call.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, working knowledge of HubSpot is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to Dartford as this is a full-time office-based role.
