We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop innovative and engaging elearning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational theory, instructional design principles, and e-learning methodologies. You will design and develop blended learning experiences that integrate rapid learning authoring tools and cutting-edge instructional strategies. A key focus of this role will be developing elearning Health and Safety training materials, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while maintaining a learner-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement blended learning and e-learning solutions that enhance learner engagement and retention - helping create an e-learning Prince2 package.
- Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create high-quality learning experiences.
- Develop course content using rapid learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Manage content creation and administration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and structure course materials.
- Ensure instructional materials align with best practices in formal and informal learning methodologies.
- Evaluate and refine learning solutions based on learner feedback and performance data.
