Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced CPCS / NPORS Trainers to join our team in Thurrock, delivering training across multiple categories.

Categories Include:

  • Slinger / Signaller
  • Crane Supervisor
  • Appointed Person (AP)
  • Dumper
  • Excavator
  • Roller
  • Tower Crane
  • Telehandler
  • And other plant categories

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and compliant CPCS and/or NPORS training courses
  • Conduct practical and theory-based training sessions
  • Support learners through training and assessment processes
  • Ensure all training is delivered to awarding body standards
  • Maintain training equipment and ensure safe working practices
  • Complete course paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Provide a professional and positive learner experience

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Instructor qualifications
  • Strong industry experience across relevant plant categories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage learners of varying experience levels
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Assessor qualifications advantageous but not essential
