CST Training is an ambitious and rapidly growing private training provider, delivering professional development courses across a wide range of industries — including Leadership and Management and Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, ILM and CMI. We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join us on a full-time basis, 5 days per week at our head office in Bexley. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment process and engage with senior business stakeholders on a broad range of business-critical vacancies.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent. You'll support hiring across multiple disciplines, build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs, and contribute to wider talent attraction and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, Indeed search and market mapping.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate outreach and support shortlisting activities.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market insight and recruitment intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within the ATS.
- Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition or agency recruitment is required. Some experience within blue collar construction/trades & labour recruitment would be advantageous but isn't essential. Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines are necessary. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed/Glassdoor and applicant tracking systems is also required.
