Full-Time Role for experienced Course/Training Coordinator. We are on the lookout for an experienced course coordinator to join our team in the UK at CST Training. If you’re looking to be part of a driven and ambitious team, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. You will be based at home and work full time, with some weekend hours to also be discussed. You’ll understand the team’s, company’s and industry’s challenges and help to coordinate the thousands of courses that we run each year.
About the Role
- Ensuring our courses run smoothly
- Liaising with candidates, tutors and the awarding bodies to ensure course compliance and a fantastic user experience.
- Customer service responsibilities, as and when needed, in order to assist the rest of the communications team or when liaising with candidates.
- Ensuring courses are kept in stock on our website and all key stakeholders are kept up to date with the status of the course.
- Submitting results for courses to awarding bodies.
- Utilising our CRM (HubSpot)
- Helping to schedule courses and find cover tutors for courses.
- Dealing with day to day problems and finding solutions.
- Booking of hotels and related requirements.
- Ordering resources from various places.
- Constantly developing your knowledge of CST Training's products to refine you and your team's communications with customers.
About You
- As a self-motivated and hard-working individual, you will have a minimum of 2 years solid experience in a previous course coordinator role, with additional time (1 year minimum) having been spent in a leadership role.
- Solid formal qualifications
- Knowledge of the construction/training sector is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Great people skills
- Organised, punctual, and self-motivated
- Fast learner, innovative, collaborative
- Exceptional understanding and commitment to the use of technology with proficiency in relation to the use of a variety of IT systems and programmes to include but not limited to Databases, CRM (e.g. HubSpot), Excel, Word and Google workspaces.
