Early starts, expected hours will be 47 hours each week
CSS are currently recruiting for a Class 2 multi drop driver in the Witham district for a permanent position which will require a valid CPC and Class 2 license.
Duties:
- Delivering up to 6 to 10 parcels a day, depending on the size and location of the area
- Unloading and securing/unloading and ensuring that is secure for transportation
- Adhere all traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Inspect vehicles daily and safety and any mechanical issues
- Performing basic maintenance tasks when necessary
- Making sure to attend all training lessons when required, to ensure being equipped to fully perform the role
- Maintain records and deliveries when required
- Following all H&S procedures when required
Experience:
- The perfect candidate will have prior knowledge of the multi drop background of class 2, preferably with the desirable Moffett license
- Previous experience of manual handling process
Requirements:
- Class 2 driving license required (Must be Valid and Indate)
- Driver CPC required (Must be Valid and Indate)
- 1 years experience on multi-drop preferred
- Moffett license highly desirable
- Own transport required, public transport is available
