We are seeking a reliable and well‑organised Site Administrator to work across 2 jobs, Ebbsfleet and Tovil sites. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks and supporting busy site teams.
Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative skills, including document control and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload in a busy site environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a construction / engineering / facilities / site‑based role.
- Familiarity with health & safety documentation, permits, or site inductions.
- Experience with timesheets, purchase orders, or subcontractor records.
Umbrella payments - £15-16p/h.
