Senior BIM Manager

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator / Manager for London based projects.

Working on behalf of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage BIM processes for M&E projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.
• Develop and maintain BIM models and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any BIM-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management, particularly in M&E projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
