CSS are currently recruiting for a Lead Officer - Housing ICT (Cx Housing) with remote working in Epping and occasional site presence.
The role is part-time, 3 days per week, focused on Cx Housing activities including rent accounting, case management, CRM, and reporting.
The candidate should have strong SQL/SSRS skills, Power BI experience, and familiarity with APIs, Azure, Share Point, and the Customer Portal.
