THE ROLE

  • Attracting, interviewing, Inducting & Onboarding of new workers.
  • Ensuring the customer's staffing requirements are fully met.
  • Managing a temporary workforce.
  • Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports.
  • Responsible for PPE distribution and management.
  • Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool.
  • Attending daily operational meetings.
  • Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes.
  • Rotating weekly shifts (early & afternoon)
  • Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence.
