We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to employ a Production Operative / Machine Operator.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 6:30am – 2pm
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of assessment and repair including chairs and sofas, pelmets, headboards, and any other repairs required
- Take responsibility for your own performance and behaviours
- Highlight any potential problems prior to them occurring where possible
- Follow the schedule as set out by the Supervisor / Manager
- Improve efficiencies, processes and quality
- Ensure all jobs are to specification, quantity, and quality
- Ensure health & safety standards are always maintained
- Ensure equipment checks are maintained and carried out as required
- Help and support in all aspects of the warehouse
