PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR We are currently recruiting for a leading Fresh and Frozen food production company based in Kings Lynn, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Production Administrator to start as soon as possible. Friendly and family run business. Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm Although flexibility to work extra hours may be required, to cover holidays or absences. No weekends or Bank Holidays Competitive salary offered. Purpose of the role The main purpose of the role is to carry out the necessary day to day administrative duties for a busy packing environment. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and Packing Hall Manager who may add further dimensions to your role to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Duties included but not limited to: Office Administrator key responsibilities: Liaising with customers regarding their packing requirements Updating and checking stock reports Answering the phone and emails Filing Product Intake checks, taking photos and uploading into dropbox. Booking in stock and handling stock report. Other general administrative tasks Essential to the role: Previous administrative experience Excellent attention to detail Friendly and helpful manner Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads.
