CSS Recruitment & Training are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a busy production environment.

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30am – 5:00pm

Location: East Harling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling wooden frames to a high standard
  • Measuring, preparing, and handling wooden components
  • Reading and following order sheets to ensure accurate cutting and assembly
  • Using hand tools safely and efficiently as required for frame construction
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
  • Confident using hand tools or willing to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and work accurately
  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
  • Good attention to detail
