CSS Recruitment & Training are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a busy production environment.
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 5:00pm
Location: East Harling
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling wooden frames to a high standard
- Measuring, preparing, and handling wooden components
- Reading and following order sheets to ensure accurate cutting and assembly
- Using hand tools safely and efficiently as required for frame construction
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
- Confident using hand tools or willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Good attention to detail
