The predicted salary is between 25000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

CSS are currently recruiting for full time Temp to Perm Manufacturing Operatives for one of our clients based in Latchingdon, Essex.

Pay Rate: Β£12.21 Per Hour (but will increase once permanent). Overtime available.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing raw material stock in varying stages
  • Container unloading
  • Assembling roof trusses
  • Some heavy lifting
  • Using heavy machinery according to a pre-set plan
  • Using some hand tools and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Starting date: 16th February 2026

PPE: All PPE will be provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for applicants with some previous experience in Manufacturing/Assembly working with treated timber. Previous Manufacturing experience preferred.
