CSS Recruitment & Training is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in our Kings Lynn branch. We are ideally seeking someone with experience recruiting within the Industrial sector, particularly on permanent placements, however we are open to speaking with consultants from other sectors who have a strong track record in permanent recruitment and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, well-respected recruitment business with strong regional presence, existing client relationships, and genuine opportunities for career growth.

The Role

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Winning new business opportunities
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for candidates
  • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
  • Working towards achievable sales and placement targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within recruitment, ideally permanent placements
  • Industrial recruitment experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven attitude
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
