Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or commercial experience preferred
Daily Operations
- Complete daily warehouse operations and report directly to the Night Warehouse Supervisor
- Responsible for the accurate loading of outgoing company vehicles in line with delivery notes
- Work closely with all warehouse operatives to ensure all outgoing goods are correct
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently (valid licence required)
- Ensure maximum productivity is always achieved
- Ensure all deliveries are produced, packaged, and ready for dispatch on time using available equipment and processes
- Maintain high standards of product quality
- Adhere to and support the company’s quality policy and objectives
- Demonstrate self-motivation, drive, and enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
