Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the factory management teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Check in staff at the start of shift & arrange replacement staff if required.
- Resource for new staff using all advertising platforms, arrange interviews, conduct right to work checks and deliver inductions prior to assignment start. Ensuring staff are fully briefed on all policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, provide daily and weekly KPI reports. Deliver operational updates to the client and contract management team.
- Handle operational challenges with flexibility and a solution-driven mindset within a fast-paced working environment.
