CSS are currently recruiting for a Lead Officer - Housing ICT (Cx Housing) which offers remote working in Epping.

The role may require occasional site presence dependent on the business needs.

Part-Time, 3 days per week.

The primary priority focus area is Cx HOUSING, with the following elements being essential in any candidate:

  • Rent Accounting
  • Case management and tasks /workflows / forms.
  • CRM
  • Reporting – to include SSRS (strong SQL skills – intermediate / advanced). Power BI experience would be useful
  • Integrations and interfaces – Key elements would be an understanding of the Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure (Storage Explorer) and Share Point EDM.
  • CX User Training
  • Managing upgrades, ideally 25. x (version that supports the Customer Portal)
  • Customer Portal

Also, must have some understanding of the following

  • Assets
  • Functional units
  • Users and Roles
  • Contact groups
  • System schedules
  • Arrears policies
  • An understanding of allocations would also be useful.
