CSS Recruitment are currently looking to speak to Electrical Contracts Managers in the Bury St Edmunds Area. This is a great opportunity to join a growing M&E contractor. The individual will play a key role in driving the growth of the established electrical division, working in partnership with the M&E Department Manager to build processes, improve delivery and expand the client base.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in electrical contract/project management position.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage budgets and work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
- Strong understanding of electrical and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, SMSTS).
- NICEIC qualified Supervisor/Principal Duty holder capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
