The Role
- Attracting, interviewing, inducting & onboarding of new workers
- Ensuring the customers staffing requirements are fully met
- Managing a temporary workforce
- Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports
- Responsible for PPE distribution and management
- Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool
- Attending daily operational meetings
- Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes
- Rotating weekly shifts, early & afternoon
- Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence
