CSS Recruitment & Training are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team based on-site at our client’s premises in Kings Lynn.

The Role

  • Attracting, interviewing, inducting & onboarding of new workers
  • Ensuring the customers staffing requirements are fully met
  • Managing a temporary workforce
  • Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports
  • Responsible for PPE distribution and management
  • Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool
  • Attending daily operational meetings
  • Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes
  • Rotating weekly shifts, early & afternoon
  • Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence

  • Russian language skills an advantage but not essential
