CSS Recruitment & Training are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our busy Kings Lynn office. We specialise in supplying temporary labour solutions to the industrial, food production, and agricultural sectors across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous business development or recruitment sales experience who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Promoting temporary labour solutions to industrial, food production, and agricultural businesses
- Conducting sales calls, client visits, and networking activities
- Managing and growing existing accounts
