Sales Assistant
Location: Braintree (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Sales Assistant to join our growing Braintree-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers from a pre-approved client list
- Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
- Introduce products and services and identify customer needs
- Generate sales leads and arrange appointments where appropriate
- Update customer information accurately on company systems
- Work towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Confident, professional, and positive attitude
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Basic IT proficiency
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
