We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufactured laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincs. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ an Internal Business Development Executive on a permanent basis. Hours will be either 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am till 5pm – Monday to Friday. 42.5 hours a week which includes a ½ hour paid break. Competitive salary offered dependent on experience. This is a Full-time / Permanent position.
They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients, including resellers, schools & businesses. You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing leads, nurturing prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Research target markets and identify potential customers.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
