CSS are currently recruiting for Class 1 Driver for one of our clients based in Barking, Essex. We are looking for candidates with previous Class 1 experience to drive from Barking to nationwide areas. Previous port experience would also be desirable.
Duties include:
- Loading containers
- Making sure that the containers are securely contained
- Driving to different areas of London and Essex
- Following all H&S procedures
Starting date - Immediate. Temp work which will be ongoing. After 12 weeks a possibility to go on perm. Pay starting at £17.77. Shift time - Monday to Friday - 6am start which will be a 10/11 hour shift. Immediate start, please call the team for more information.
Requirements:
- Previous port experience desirable
- Previous references required
- 12 Months of experience with the Class 1
- Own transport required due to location and shift times. Public transport not available
