As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities within Carter Security, building strong client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of security services. Youll work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and contribute directly to the companys success.
Shift pattern β Monday to Fridays in office
Hours β 9am β 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the security industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the security industry
- Strong understanding of manned guarding security solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Full UK driving licence
