We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team.

Hours - 6:00pm - 7:00am Shift pattern - Four on four off The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations within the security sector.

The Compliance Manager will conduct internal audits, interviews and processing of applications, oversee regulatory reporting to ensure that all frontline teams are managed in accordance with applicable laws, and company operating policies and client expectations.

This will be providing national coverage in the security sector with the starting point being our main office in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

With approximate yearly salary of £41,485. 13 hour shifts, i Pad, mobile phone and EV car provided for shifts.

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Conduct regular external audits on frontline security teams to assess compliance with established policies and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.

Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organisation.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.

Investigate compliance breaches or issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and findings.

Qualifications Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within the security sector but not a must.

Experience conducting external audits and preparing regulatory reports.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

SIA trained and licensed essential.
