We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team within London. Hours - 6:00pm - 7:00am Shift pattern - Four on four off The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations within the security sector. The Compliance Manager will conduct internal audits, interviews and processing of applications, oversee regulatory reporting to ensure that all frontline teams are managed in accordance with applicable laws, and company operating policies and client expectations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
