The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.
Responsibilities:
- Source & Identify potential learners to enrol on various national training programmes
- Identify & match applicants to vacancies
- Interview potential candidates over the phone
- Keep regular contact with enrolled learners during the course
- Provide effective information and guidance to both internal and external customer/clients
- Produce high-quality Management information reports
- Liaise with trainers to maximise learner retention
Required Skills:
- Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player
- Flexible, confident and results driven
- Generous commission structure

Working hours are –37.5 hours a week
Flexibility required between 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday
