CSS Recruitment have recently partnered up with a well respected production company based in Witham. They are currently looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join their growing team.
Working Hours
Working 4 on 2 off, rotating between 6am – 3pm and 3pm – midnight.
About The Role
The job is shift work across seven days, and involves operating food manufacturing machinery, updating paper records, IT data input, cleaning responsibilities and does involve a high degree of solo working.
Duties To Include
- Production of roasted products as instructed
- Liaison with staff to determine availability of raw materials
- Movement of the product to final store as instructed
- Liaison with engineering staff to report and assist in identifying operational problems
- Completion of all necessary record keeping
- Taking product samples for analysis
Salary
£32,200 per annum, plus £8,500 shift premium.
