CSS Recruitment are looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team based in Witham, Essex.
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
6:30am – 3:30pm, 12pm – 9pm or 7pm – 7am
Responsibilities & Duties
Packing & unpacking boxes and pallets
Loading & unloading trailers and containers of varying sizes
Ensuring the safe use of mechanical equipment if and when utilised, including work platforms and dock levellers
Maintaining inventory controls by accurate stock allocation and reporting any discrepancies both in a written and verbal format to the Warehouse Team
Ensuring the Health & Safety of yourself and others
Contribute at all times as a team player
Successful Applicants Will Have
Prior warehouse and container experience
Numeracy and literacy skills
Load planning experience
Load restraint knowledge
A level of physical fitness that allows for lifting of weight of up to 15kg throughout the shift
The ability to work full time hours as set out above
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential – this is not a Forklift Driver position
Excellent remuneration, bonus and additional benefits, to be discussed on application
