Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Production Planner to join their friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity and is a permanent role.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm
  • Friday, 8am – 4pm

Main Duties:

  • Producing job packs in line with the production plan
  • Review job orders and accordingly establish priorities for production
  • Review production plans to identify and report potential risks
  • Receive customers’ orders, check against quote and input to system
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and parts when required in production
  • Communicate production updates
  • Take responsibility of customer orders from receipt to shipment
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the management
