CSS are actively recruiting a number of Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our client's growing team in Braintree. Our client manufactures and assembles a variety of products, ranging from furniture to steel frame building panels.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and build products to the required standards, following technical drawings
- Work to time-critical production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on all completed work
- Use a range of tools and instruments safely and effectively
- Support additional production activities as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a manufacturing environment
- Confident in using hand tools, with good manual handling and heavy lifting ability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
