We are recruiting Production Operatives for a frozen food manufacturing company located in Boston. The role will be working with Line Leaders & other staff involved in the packing of quality frozen product to the point that it is supermarket ready. It will involve removing all Foreign Material (FM) such as wood, plastic, paper from the product and ensuring that all safety checks and procedures are followed.

Previous food production experience is desirable but not necessary to apply.

Rates of Pay: £12.60 - £13.14. Overtime paid after 40h. Overtime rate is 1.5 x basic rate. Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Weekly pay. Paid 30 min break. PPE provided. Canteen. Parking on site. Location: 20 min walk from the city center.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8h, rotation: 6am – 2pm, 2pm -10pm, 10pm -6am. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis.
