Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter orders into the POS system.
- Prepare and cook Bistro menu items according to hotel recipes, presentation standards, and food-safety requirements.
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and hotel policies.
- Serve food and beverages to guests and monitor the dining area to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Process cash and credit-card transactions and maintain accurate guest checks.
- Independently manage the evening Bistro operation when scheduled as the sole Bistro Attendant.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the Bistro.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food-preparation areas, bar areas, counters, equipment, tables, and guest areas.
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, alcohol, supplies, and service items.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, alcohol-service, and safety procedures.
- Assist with hotel banquet and special-event food and beverage service as needed.
- Complete additional Food & Beverage duties as assigned by hotel management.
Work Schedule
Employees must have flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend, banquet, and occasional split shifts based on hotel business needs.
Morning Shift
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Saturday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening Shift
- Daily: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

- Hours vary depending on scheduled events.
