CSS Recruitment are looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team based in Witham, Essex.

Working Hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
  • 6:30am – 3:30pm, 12pm – 9pm or 7pm – 7am

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Packing & unpacking boxes and pallets
  • Loading & unloading trailers and containers of varying sizes
  • Ensuring the safe use of mechanical equipment if and when utilised, including work platforms and dock levellers
  • Maintaining inventory controls by accurate stock allocation and reporting any discrepancies both in a written and verbal format to the Warehouse Team
  • Ensuring the Health & Safety of yourself and others
  • Contribute at all times as a team player

Successful Applicants Will Have:

  • Prior warehouse and container experience
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Load planning experience
  • Load restraint knowledge
  • A level of physical fitness that allows for lifting of weight of up to 15kg throughout the shift
  • The ability to work full time hours as set out above
  • Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential – this is not a Forklift Driver position
