Due to their increasing growth, development and demand they are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor for their Boston site.

Rotating 6am β 2pm, 2pm β 10pm & 10pm β 6am
Duties Will Include

To contribute to and direct the QA team

Manage and develop the QA team, including training

Ensure sufficient personnel to meet operational & seasonal requirements Collate and interpret micro results to measure food safety standards

Report on factory technical status and issues of non-compliance

Action daily checks
-
Ensure documented work instructions are adhered to

Collate and file paperwork appropriately and methodically

Support the goods-in department

Prepare KPIβs to include GMP score; RAG %; HPT amount

Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Quality Manager
