We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to employ a Production Operative / Machine Operator.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2pm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of assessment and repair including chairs and sofas, pelmets, headboards, and any other repairs required.
  • Take responsibility for your own performance and behaviours.
  • Highlight any potential problems prior to them occurring where possible.
  • To follow the schedule as set out by the Supervisor / Manager.
  • Improve efficiencies, processes and quality.
  • Ensure all jobs are to specification, quantity, and quality.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are always maintained.
  • Ensure equipment checks are maintained and carried out as required.
  • To help and support in all aspects of the warehouse.

Salary: Very competitive salary offered.
