Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in all systems, including contract hire records, charges and asset data
- Provide strong administrative support to the plant and transport division as needed
- Process hire requests (on and off hire) and create hire contracts in the plant management system
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding availability
- Add new plant and vehicle assets to the plant management system and ensure asset lists are always current
- Generate purchase orders for the plant department and assist with the goods receiving process
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant department by identifying and implementing improved administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role, utilising systems to manage data
- Experience within a plant / equipment hire environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
