Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in all systems, including contract hire records, charges and asset data
  • Provide strong administrative support to the plant and transport division as needed
  • Process hire requests (on and off hire) and create hire contracts in the plant management system
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding availability
  • Add new plant and vehicle assets to the plant management system and ensure asset lists are always current
  • Generate purchase orders for the plant department and assist with the goods receiving process
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant department by identifying and implementing improved administrative processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role, utilising systems to manage data
  • Experience within a plant / equipment hire environment is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
