We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to employ a Production Operative / Machine Operator.
Working Hours: Monday β Friday 6:30am β 2pm
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of assessment and repair including chairs and sofas, pelmets, headboards, and any other repairs required.
- Take responsibility for your own performance and behaviours.
- Highlight any potential problems prior to them occurring where possible.
- To follow the schedule as set out by the Supervisor / Manager.
- Improve efficiencies, processes and quality.
- Ensure all jobs are to specification, quantity, and quality.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
