We are looking for skilled Machine Operators to join our client’s growing team based in Maldon, Essex. This role is a four-day week, working 10-hour shifts starting at 7am, with Fridays off.
The main responsibility is operating a production line machine that makes sausages. Candidates must have prior machine operating experience because the role involves assembling and disassembling the machine for cleaning at the start and end of each shift. Additional duties include cleaning the work area, troubleshooting faults and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
Own transport is essential due to the location. This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, with an additional £0.50 per hour bonus for anyone working 36 hours or more in the week.
