Machine Operators

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators for roles based in Kings Lynn.

As a Machine Operator you are working at the forefront of the business. It is your responsibility to ensure that your work with your Supervisors and Line Leaders to work efficiently but safely to meet set business targets.

Shifts

• Monday – Thursday

• 7am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working in the factory, as directed by your Supervisor operating production line machinery as necessary and moving from one machine to another as required

• Assisting or covering Line Leaders to ensure the smooth running of a production line

• In the absence of a Line Leader being assigned to your line, allocating individual daily tasks to your team, using the skills of the team to the best advantage

• Ensuring that your team carry out their allocated tasks consistently

• Being aware of company Health & Safety policy and ensuring that you comply

• Being prepared to move from one task to another

• Ensuring that your team behaves in a responsible manner at all times, especially when working with young, inexperienced or agency workers

• Any other duties which may be required of you which you are qualified

• Endeavoring at all times to maintain the good name and reputation of company

• Ensuring that company policy is adhered to at all times and to strive to promote good team working with your team and good working relations with other departments

Pay Rate

£12 – £15 per hour
