We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run, dried fruit and nut packing company based in Kings Lynn. They are seeking to employ a Warehouse Operative (Night Loader) to support their ongoing growth and development. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, shipping and receiving.
Ongoing contract potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.
Working Hours
Sunday - Thursday
9pm - 6am
Duties Will Include
- Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials
- Engage in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all items are processed correctly
- Execute picking and packing duties to prepare orders for dispatch
- Assist in building pallets and preparing shipments for delivery
- Conduct heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Driving the company van
