CSS Recruitment & Training are currently seeking an Account Co-ordinator to join our team based in Kings Lynn.

The Role

The role will be primarily office based but will also include regular weekly activity based upon our client’s site based in Fakenham, so own transport is essential for the role. Managing a pool of up to 100 staff with the support of the Kings Lynn operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for new starter onboarding, training and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the factory management teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Check in staff at the start of shift & arrange replacement staff if required.
  • Resource for new staff using all advertising platforms, arrange interviews, conduct right to work checks and deliver inductions prior to assignment start - ensuring staff are fully briefed on all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide daily and weekly KPI reports.
  • Deliver operational updates to the client and contract management team.
  • Handle operational challenges with flexibility and a solution-driven mindset within a fast-paced working environment.
