We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and global leader of frozen potato products located in Wisbech.
Due to their successful growth and development they are seeking to employ a Fryer Operator on a permanent basis.
Shifts

Working on a 2 – 3 – 2 shift pattern
Duties To Include

Operate the fryer area
-
Perform quality checks
-
Complete hourly process paperwork as required

Ensure that the freezer is operating at the correct speed and temperature

Raise M2 items where appropriate

Oversee oil deliveries

Attend and contribute to MCS meetings

Carry out sanitation duties as required, including shutdown

Report and escalate production problems & issues with a supervisor

Any other reasonable task as requested by your supervisor or manager
