CSS are actively recruiting a number of Multi‑Skilled Operatives to join our client’s growing team in Braintree. Our client manufactures and assembles a variety of products, ranging from furniture to steel frame building panels.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build products to the required standards, following technical drawings
  • Work to time‑critical production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections on all completed work
  • Use a range of tools and instruments safely and effectively
  • Support additional production activities as required
